Women spend their entire teenage/young adulthood looking for the whole package: good looks, creative souls, intelligence - And the cherry on top of this sundae of perfection is musical fame. Enter: Chester French. Harvard grads. Fashionable New Englanders. They have garnered the attention of hip hop heavy weights Kanye West, Common and Pharell.
But beyond the obvious, Chester French is fantastic to listen to. Available on their website is the free download Jacques Jams Vol 1: Endurance featuring Lady GaGa, Talib Kwelli and Diddy, to name a few. From the moment I heard their single 'She Loves Everybody' it was love.
The music scene needs more artists like this duo. They posess scholastic aptitude (in the words of Cher Horowitz). They have a quirky style (devoid of bling). They creep onto the scene with superstars (but are still largely unknown).
